I am not 100% sure considering it's a family owned business, but a safe guess would be 18 just like other commercial pet stores.

I don't believe so but they might be able to order you one

Unless they've changed thier policy I believe all returns are for store credit. I'd suggest you call first and verify.

If it's not on their lists provided by their breeders then they can't get them. There's no extra charge for ordering from the breeders. Call them to see what's on the list
